I am about to host a 500+ person meeting (not webinar) with a crew of panelists, who each have their own introductory bios. I wondered if there is a clever way to share each bio in the meeting chat while each person begins presenting. I know that it's possible and easy to just paste in the text of the bio, but I know this will likely get quickly lost in the meeting chat, as attendees will likely be talking in the chat throughout the meeting. I considered potentially making a pdf or jpeg of each individual bio to share as each presenter begins, but I fear these will get lost in the chat too. Is there any clever way to accomplish this task that I haven't considered?
Thanks!

Consider using Zoom's Notes feature. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057699

You could pin a text to the meeting as a caption leveraging custom closed captions with APIs to display a banner with the relevant text. This banner will be visible throughout the meeting and will not be affected by folks posting in the chat. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that can do this for you by displaying the text as a closed caption so that you can consistently display a message to meeting participants without having it get lost in the chat.
