Hi, I´ve paid Zoom Pro for almost 5 years now and my chat on my meetings is turned off no matter what I do on the Zoom Portal and toggle de buttons that Zoom Support says to do.

I don´t know how to fix my chat for my meetings. Does anybody has this issue too or its just me for 5 years? lol

hi @GASV ,

Have you checked the chat options in both your settings and account settings?
Otherwise, please go back to support and ask them to refresh your settings. I did have a function for Zoom that was stuck, and it took a refresh to make the feature return.
