We use the translated captions during a meeting which is great and we save a recording to the cloud. When I watch the converted recording on the cloud, the captions are there. But when I download the recording, the captions have disappeared. I do have the text list of all of the captions, but they are no longer actually on the recording.
How can I get a copy of the recording with the translated captions still on the recording???

Hi JakeM,
Great post! As soon as I read it, I realized I needed this too. Here is the response I got from Zoom Support:
The transcript is automatically embedded within the audio and video file, but is hidden by default. To see the transcript in the audio or video file you can:
If someone tries this, let us know how you get on. I have been using Zoom's Fathom plug-in to manage my recordings, and so I don't think this solution will work for me... but if I find it does work, I may switch the way I do recordings.
