Cancel a Meeting at Last Minute

I had a meeting scheduled. I had to cancel it at the last minute. What are my options? Some people do not check their email before sign on and they are waiting for the meeting to start.

There’s no way to hang a “Canceled” sign in the meeting Waiting Room.

 

I’m not sure what you’re hoping for. In the days before video conferencing, students walked across campuses to class, sat and waited 10 minutes, then left. Things happen. Follow up with invitees via email or other communication channels as soon as you can.
