Under the Upcoming tab, find the meeting you want to cancel.
Hover over the meeting, then click Delete.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once deleted, the meeting will be removed from your list, and participants will no longer be able to join using the original link.
If you scheduled the meeting through a calendar integration (like Google Calendar or Outlook), be sure to delete the event from your calendar as well to notify all invitees.
Hello. When scheduling a Zoom meeting, calendar invites were automatically sent to the invitee email addresses. We had to cancel the meeting and invitees received cancellation emails. However, the calendar appointment is still showing in Outlook. Is there a way to cancel the appointment through Zoom or does each invitee need to manually delete the appointment from their calendar?
