We have 8 of us in a team that are in the same Zoom business "account".
Is it possible to setup our accounts so that any member of the team is ALWAYS able to start another team members meetings. We currently add co-hosts, but a couple of zoom implementations make that really long winded, and we're all happy to share access rights.
Is there another way of doing it? what we are trying to achieve is to have Bob create a meeting that Steve can start- but Bob needs to be able to send out invites.....

Hi @pugwash4x4
If you are all licensed users on the same Business account, then scheduling privilege is what would work best. Essentially, you assigned all your colleagues scheduling privilege for your profile, they do the same, and you can all schedule meetings for each other, see and edit each other's meetings, and will be automatically set as alternative hosts for each other's meetings.
Hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Otherwise, make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Option 1:
If you are all in the same Business sub account, you can schedule the meeting and set Alternative Hosts
Login the website-meetings-schedule a meeting-options-set alternative host
Option 2:
All of your members can share the host key to each other and when you schedule the meeting choice Allow participants to join anytime. Then use the host key to be the host.
