Can't join breakout room

Hi, I am not sure why I could not join a break-out room by myself. I had to request the admin to let me into the room. Other participants could join automatically. I have downloaded the latest version of Zoom. 

Please assist me. Thank you.

Hey @Ier, do you know how the host has set up the breakout rooms in-meeting? For example, can participants join a breakout room on their own, or were participants automatically assigned when the breakout rooms were opened?
