Can't Use Smart Backgrounds?

One of our users can't blur her background or use backgrounds without a greenscreen. Her home computer seems to fit all the requirements though I'm unsure about the card: the AMD a8 pro 7600b r7. It looks powerful enough for the job so is there a way to get it to work?

Hi @theooconell, according to our VB Requirements, Non-Intel processors will need 8 cores or higher without and with a physical green screen. When looking up your processor it looks like the AMD a8 pro 7600b r7 only has 4 cores. Unfortunately, without an intel CPU that meets our Zoom Virtual Background system requirements, you wouldn't be able to use the VB backgrounds if your CPU doesn't meet the requirements.
