Can't Install Update

Says I cannot start a meeting without installing an update. Then when I try to install it says "Error 10004". I can't figure out the issue. Please help!

I am having the exact same issue,   cannot update, cannot delete to re-install.  Using a MacBook Pro.  hope we get some help.
