Can't Execute CleanZoom

When I try to run CleanZoom (so that I can upgrade from 5.13.11216 to the current version), I receive an error message saying that it can't find the ZoomInstallerFull.msi. I downloaded the file from Zoom, rerun CleanZoom (giving it the path to the .msi file), and received the message (seen in the image) saying that ZoomInstallerFull.msi is not a valid installation package for the product Zoom(64bit). 

 

I'm open to any suggestions that would allow me to upgrade, as at the moment, Zoom is unusable.
