Hi
I have one paid member on my account. I set up multiple meeting templates primarily to include Polls.
Can the paid member use one of the meeting templates that I set up and if so how?
Appreciate any advice

Not that I am aware off. When you want to define a meeting based on a template, you have to select the template first and then you do not have access to the option to schedule for ....someone.
As a work around, what you can do is to make the user you want to HOST the meeting the alternative HOST, but you will still have to define the meeting from your account using your saved template. The other licensed user will not be able to edit the meeting details.

Hi Robert. The other licensed user sets up the meeting. I was hoping they would be able to use a template I created.
Not a biggie but a bit of a pain.
thanks for your time

Hi @Dickiet
There is currently no way to share templates directly between users, but there is a workaround. By using Scheduling Privilege, you can schedule a meeting with each template for another user via scheduling privilege, and then they can create a template from that meeting. If more need that template, pass the meeting to another user and let them make a template from that.
Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

That worked amazingly! Thank you!
