I'm using "All Screens" mode in Zoom to proctor an exam for about 30 students. Is there a way to record the session--that is, is there a way to record all of the shared screens? I know that in All Screens mode, only 3 shared screens will show up in a window at a time, and you have to toggle left and right to see other screens. Can Zoom record the entire session--the toggling back and forth of shared screens? I'd like to be able to review the shared screens after the exam, since it's impossible to do so for that many people during the exam time. Thanks!

Hello @agreeably5,
Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.
Zoom currently records only the visible shared screens (up to three at a time) when using "All Screens" mode. Navigating between screens using the left/right arrows isn’t included in the recording.
While there isn't a built-in Zoom feature to capture the full session, including screen toggling, a potential workaround is to use a third-party screen recording tool to capture your full Zoom window during the session. This way, everything you see, including screen switches, is saved for later review.

I understand that Zoom won't record the actual navigation of my going toggling left/right. But for clarification, after I toggle to left/right, will Zoom record that next set of 3 visible shared screens?

Zoom will record the next set of 3 visible shared screens that you are currently viewing. The recording captures what is visible on your screen after navigation, not the navigation itself.

Yes, RealVNC can record multiple screens in a video frame. However, recording a wide image in a 16:9 format may present issues with reading details from the video.
