Camera stopped working

Hi my zoom video camera suddenly stopped working on my HP laptop 

All permissions for camera app on laptop are set including for zoom

When I test the camera on my apps settings for laptop it works but not on zoom.

 

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom desktop app. I've googled and run out of options. 

Would appreciate any direction on fixing this. Many thanks

My colleague is having the same issue. But with a desktop and an external Logi  1080 camera. Works in the testing and when the call starts, it shows the working and "On air" light, But no video, and the cam button is NOT grayed out with the line through it. So it looks to be working but again no video sent.  This is on the web version.  And confirmed that all security permissions are set correctally.
