Breakout Room

Members and observers will participate in a future meeting. Can I create a Breakout Room for observers so they can only watch the main meeting but not be able to vote or react?

Hello,

Participants in a breakout room cannot see or hear the ongoing outside of the breakout room.

Perhaps consider using Zoom’s ability to stream a meeting while it’s taking place? You could share the streaming link with the observers and they could hear and see the meeting, but won’t be able to interact with the actual participants.

Zoom can stream to YouTube, Workplace, Facebook, twitch ir any custom RTMP address

• Live on Youtube: Broadcast your meeting live on Youtube.
