Book meeting

Hi All ,

 

I use Zoom for a long time now and when I go to book a meeting, I used to enter the meeting details and Zoom would automatically send me to my Outlook calendar where I could just send the invite to everyone.

 

But lately, it stopped doing it and instead, I need to manually type everyone's emails on Zoom which takes me some time.

 

Can someone help me to go back on how it was please?

This comes down to Zoom and Outlook's integration. Zoom provides an API but there are gaps in the logic of how Outlook integrates. You could enter the emails manually. If you want to automate this there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you send calendar invites for your Zoom meetings.
