Scheduling Priviliges/Google Calendar Sync Issue

I have scheduling privileges for my boss. I scheduled a meeting using the zoom desktop client, and it did not show up on his Google Calendar. The meeting does however showsup in his meetings on zoom desktop and web. If I add him as an attendee of a meeting I'm scheduling on his behalf, the issue is resolved and the meeting appears in this google calendar, but this seems unnecessary.

We have enabled bi-directional sync.

This comes down to the integration between google calendar and Zoom. Zoom provides a robust API but there may be gaps in how email calendars integrate. You could either add your boss as an attendee each time or there is a marketplace app, Salepager, built for scheduling Zoom meeting's on other's behalf and generating calendar invites.
