Hi all, here are my system specs:
64-bit windows 10
AMD A12-9800 RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G 3.80 GHz
Zoom ver. 5.8.3
I had though I satisfied the requirements for "Image only without a physical green screen" but now I'm assuming it's because my processor only has 4 CPU cores, and the other 8 are graphics cores? Most of the discussions on here are about Intel cores so I just wanted to get confirmation.
Thanks!

Have you updated your Zoom App recently? The blur background requires 5.5.0 and above.

Sorry, I meant to include that in my original post! I'm on the latest version available, 5.8.3

If you uncheck "I have a green screen" and hover over the blur screen does it say "Your device requires a green screen"?

Yes, but I'm trying to determine if I'm getting that message in error for some reason. The blurred background requirements for an AMD processor are "8 logical cores" and "3.00 GHz or higher" so my machine obviously satisfies the second requirement. Just not sure about the first requirement.

Nvm Just looked up specs an yeah most likely your problem is your processor not having enough "logical" cores.
