Blur Virtual Background

I have zoom version 5.11.11 downloaded but I can't have blur virtual background available.

 

My mini PC process is 

NCAA_0-1664190257080.png

Please advise.  Thanks a lot!

Hello, here is the link for Zoom's system requirements for virtual backgrounds, including blurring your background. You are on a PC, but I do not believe your system meets the specs needed to blur your background.
