Blur Background

Hello,

 

I have followed all the instruction and the option to blur background is simply not available.  I presume it may be linked to now running the latest version fo zoom.  Though when I go into my App Store of laptop and phone it says its up to date.  I asked in the support area a week ago and have yet to have anyone get back to me.

hi @MeganK2 

Blur uses alot of computing power and is not enabled on lower spec machines which the zoom app thinks will not be able to process the blur and give a good connection,
