I have the latest ver of the desktop app but I can't find a blurred background option at all.

I'm using MAC Pro and my zoom app is ver 5.13.11 (16405). My laptop has an i5 processor.

Hi @elkoussy , the blur background option requires a pretty hefty CPU, and will not be available if your computer doesn't have one that's been approved to support the option.  You can find more info at this link to help you determine if your device can support the blur background option.
