Black screen crashes during normal operation

I am getting a black screen crash about 30 or 40 minutes into Zoom meetings. This is a recent occurrence - this computer has worked fine for Zoom over the last 2 years.

I'm on Windows-11 (i7-11700T) with an NVIDIA graphics processor. I've tried some of the suggestions found through web searches but to no avail.

Hello,

Is the computer overheating?

Is it running out of system resources?

it seems odd that it crashes after a set period of time.

Regards

Frank_TB -- good suggestion! I relocated the computer so it would be better cooled and, on the basis of a single test, that could be it. Past tests always crashed in less than an hour. I just did a test in the relocated position and it ran three hours with no problems. It's only one test, but encouraging!

Thanks!
