Displaying to meeting attendees while in waiting room

While meeting attendees are in the waiting room can the organizer arrange to display either an image or say a Powerpoint presentation?

I'm curious about why my photo displays while I'm in the waiting room, but when I turn off video and just listen to meeting, only my name appears and Not my photo.  Is there some setting I'm missing?  Thanks
