On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi everybody. I have an issue with my background. Any pictures which are chosen for my background are closing my face. I don't know how to decide this problem. And yet, I don't have a blur background. How can I add it?

Hi @kkhudyk 

It looks like the system chose the wrong color to replace with the virtual background. You can manually choose which color Zoom should find in your video and replace with virtual background, so that it no longer includes your face. At the bottom of the preview window when selecting a virtual background, you will see a small option to choose a different color:

Clicking that allows you to click again on the video above to select the correct color, such as the green screen behind you. Green screens work best since they are very different from most skin tones.
