Audio / video doesn't show in my settings

I want to activate de-noise / background noise suppression. When I look online these are the instructions: 

To enable Optimize video quality with de-noise:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Client.
  2. Click your profile picture then click Settings.
  3. Click Video
  4. Click Advanced.
  5. Select the Optimize video quality with de-noise check box.

But when I click settings I have NO option to click on 'Video' or 'Audio' and nowhere can I find a tap that says 'Advanced'.  (See screenshot below)

Can you help me?

Try from within the meeting instead- assuming you are using a laptop/ desktop click the little arrow next to your mute button and choose "audio settings". Make sure that zoom optimised audio is enabled and it should give you the option there to choose background noise suppression. This option doesn't seem to work for original audio anymore.

Hello,

 

The screenshot that you have posted is of you being on the Zoom portal using a browser.

 

The desktop client is a program on your Mac computer (in the applications folder) and has its own settings.
