I have a HP Laptop, previously had Toshiba and zoom was not an issue.
However when using zoom on this laptop, even though I plug in headphones, zoom does not appear to recognise (only shows realtek speaker with them plugged in) and sound still comes from the laptop.
Headphones work in teams and all other applications except zoom.
Uninstalled and reinstalled yesterday in case it was a version issue, but makes no difference!!
Any suggestions?

Hi Frank_B,
Sharing with you these guides on how you can check the audio settings in Zoom as your headset might not be the default headset setup on the Zoom application.

You might also want to check your Windows settings. Go to Settings > System > Sound. Check the Output and Input settings and also the Volume Mixer section under Advanced and make sure the headset is not muted for Zoom.
Thank you.
