Hi guys,

I'm writing here to ask for help. I had audio issues the past weeks. Here are some of them:

  • Microphone is too soft; people can't hear me; when I did the audio test; part of my speech was cut off. >> resolve this by logging in-out repeatedly till it is ok.
  • My microphone/ voice was ok; but after I played a video; my voice became soft >> it goes to normal after a while.
  • I would be talking; then my voice goes really soft; and suddenly goes back to normal.

I've not made any changes during this time.

I use a wired earphones. Thank you guys in advance.

@WanTing , please try upgrading you Zoom client to the latest version and if that won't work you could try a clean removal/uninstall of Zoom Application and then reinstall it again. This is to ensure that any corrupted files/config on the application is all completely removed before reinstalling.

If you have a Mac - try uninstalling Zoom by using their uninstall file instead of putting the Application in the trash.
You can do this by going to Applications -> right clicking on zoom.us -> Show package contents -> open Contents -> open Frameworks -> use the ZoomUninstaller file.

After this, try to reinstall Zoom again.

Cheers!
