I am on Windows 11 Home, Dell Inspiron 7506 2n1, wired to an external monitor with built-in speakers. I have been using Zoom successfully with this setup for roughly two years.
In my last two meetings, one group and the other one-on-one, the audio has dropped out 20 minutes or more into the meeting. Other participants remain able to hear me, however, I cannot hear them.
I have completed a pretty thorough search online, but have not found a solution. Any help as to how to prevent the audio dropping would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

hi @MRonald ,
I also have that dell and found it losing my audio, I updated all the dell and windows drivers and it has behaved again since, Except it does crash my displaylink doc every so often.
I am going to clear the fans and make sure the laptop stops overheating.
all the best
John
