As a co-host, I cannot move people to other breakoutrooms. I don't know why I can't. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Hey @Mor, as a co-host you should be able to Assign, start, and end breakout rooms. You can look into the Limitations of Managing Breakout Rooms And agreeing with @ThivishanFlash, ensure you're on the latest update of Zoom. You can check out Upgrading Zoom to the latest version KB article.
