Where are my annotation tools when my participants share their screen? I need to be able to draw on their shared screen.

Found this capability has moved in Zoom 6.0.2 to a menu dropdown on the top left of the Zoom screen. I cannot upload a screen shot, so here are the steps.

When a participant is sharing their screen:

  • Navigate to top left of Zoom screeen
  • Expand the dropdown arrow to the left of the Meeting icon
  • Expand the right arrow where it says "XXXX's  screen"
  • Choose Annotate at the bottom of the fly-out menu.

zoomer8million, did this help you? I meet with several students throughout the week. All of them share their screen with me. For all but one, there is an annotate button in the lower left. For that last student, I can't find annotate anywhere. What can I do?
