Annotation is not working. Settings are correct

My settings show annotation enabled.

But it is not working when I'm in session with my students.

It is vital for my teaching.

Any responses/ideas are greatly appreciated!

Replying to my own post. Why doesn't ANNOTATION work when sharers are on chrome books?

ME: so, are you saying I cannot, on my PC, annotate during a zoom session on my students shared screens if they are on chrome books?

Chromebooks do not support that feature. I am on a Mac, and I cannot annotate on screens of students who share their screens on chromebooks

One workaround that I can suggest is taking a screenshot of their shared screen and then sharing it yourself. Then, you’ll be able to annotate because it
