All buttons on main screen greyed out except schedule

Hi,

I'm on the latest Zoom client (uninstalled old version and redownloaded and installed new latest version).

New account (to rule out old account issues).

The New Meeting and Join buttons are greyed out and nothing happens if I try and join a meeting from a link.  It just opens the app but nothing further.   I see a few people have added the same question with no answer so I don't hold out hope but this basically makes Zoom unusable.

Windows is up to date (windows 10).

OK, I can't work out how to delete this post so I'll just add an update here:

Turns out windows wasn't up to date (despite it saying so).  A further was installed and that solved the issue.
