Adding an audio interpreter to a Zoom meeting

I work with patients and our appointments are all virtual. On occasion, we need to add a certified medical interpreter. We are running into a feedback issue on our computers. The interpreting company we work with has an online platform and they suggested we use a dial-out feature through Zoom to add the audio interpreter.  It appears that there is a fee to add this feature. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to add the audio interpreter?

Hi anaddell

The language interpretation function is available for Zoom's BIZ, EDU and ENT plans.

In the case of having a PRO plan, the only way to add this function is by purchasing an add-on license called "Webinar"

Hello,

If you have a Zoom One Pro account, you could add on the webinar licence and utilize the Language Interpretation feature on Zoom.

We have been using it for a few months now, and it works wonders.

Let me know if you require any help with the platform assistance.
