Add breakout room

Hello,

I see the option to "add breakout rooms" during a meeting when I am logged into one Zoom account, but not when I am logged into another (through a different employer). Can anyone explain why?

Thank you!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @ashapira.

Breakout Rooms can be enabled/disabled at the organization level. Contact the Zoom Admin at your company that does not have Breakout Rooms enabled.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

Thanks for your response. Both accounts have breakout rooms enabled. The issue that on one account, I don't see the option to add additional breakout rooms (while participants are in other rooms).
