Access to registration data in meetings with registration

Hi,

I need to access the data from the registration form in a meeting with registration.

I added extra questions and need to see the answers

I put your question into the Zoom Virtual Assistant (ZVA – I call her Ziva). Here’s the answer I received:

You can view the answers to your custom registration questions by accessing the registration details for your meeting. Here’s how:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Go to Meetings and select the meeting with registration enabled.
3. Click on the Registrations or View (next to Manage Attendees).
4. You’ll see a list of registrants. Click on a registrant’s name to view their responses, including answers to your custom questions.
5. You can also export all registration data (including custom question responses) as a CSV file by clicking Export.

This will give you access to all the information submitted through your registration form, including the extra questions you added.
