ADHD-How do I turn off a squirmy participant’s video

Please help…I am in a group meeting twice a week with someone who will not stop moving on camera. It is very distracting for me- trying to focus unmedicated 😂. Is there a way to turn their video off? I am usually in gallery view with 9 people. Thanks!

If you are the host you should be able to disable their video sharing capabilities. If you are an attendee only, you may be able to leverage Focus Mode. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360061113751-Focus-mode-

Focus Mode can only be initiated by the host or a co-host on a meeting. Participants cannot choose or use that view.

That's what I get for not reading the complete instructions. Thanks, for pointing this out.

Hi @Heyasquirrel! You could also try moving users around in the gallery view. Perhaps you could move that particular participant to the bottom of your gallery view. I know it might not completely solve your problem, but it might help a little 🙂

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

What about simply "Pinning" the speaker they want to focus on?
