On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello,

How can i do to organize a meeting so that anyone can join without my authorization?

If by "authorization" you mean manually admitting people to your meeting from the waiting room, I suggest you turn off the waiting room and set up a meeting password since Zoom requires users to enable at least one security option in most cases. Then, all you have to do is provide participants with the meeting ID and password, and they can join your meeting directly after entering the correct information. You can find the settings under Settings > Meeting > Security in your Zoom web portal.

If your attendance in the given meetings is part of the issue, I'd also recommend enabling the "allow participants to join before host" feature:
