403 permission denied

Hi, I get a '403 permission denied' error everytime i log into zoom. i can still use my account as normal but it pops up every time. Any ideas?

Same problem, It's a calendar problem. However, Zoom customer service is unwilling to help, all they say is to "update your client" or "i'll open a ticket" once the ticket is opened, the techs only care if you can log in. Next year I am going back to the free version, don't use the whiteboards anyway.

Here's the fix. It's a Zoom Calendar issue with the Client, even with the most updated version as of 3/19/24.

 

  • Go to your zoom account on your web browser.
  • Log in , select the "web app" drop down and choose "Home"
  • Click the "Connect calendar" and follow the prompts to connect your calendar. I use Goggle for this
  • Close Zoom Client and reopen it.

Voila!

 

It's a shame Zoom Support couldn't tell me this.
