Webhook not firing. Recording from the cloud

I'm having trouble getting data via webhook. I'm trying to get a meeting recording from the cloud.
The problem is that I'm not receiving data for the recording.completed event. The chatbot prompts me to select a permission in the app: meeting.recording.completed Where can I find this permission?
