2FA for Shared Account

Hello, I am a Zoom pro subscriber and am looking for an answer to  seemingly edge case issue.

I would like to MFA enable an executive user's account to properly secure it, but if I do, then I would always need to reach out to them when setting up meetings for them. If I am the holder of the 2FA codes, then they would need to reach out to me when they have personal meetings that I do not set up for them. This executive is not always available and travels often but still needs access to Zoom.

Is there a built-in solution for this.

You shouldn’t need to actually log into the executive’s account. And there is a solution!

Read this Zoom Support article about the Scheduling Privilege feature.  You can be set up to schedule meetings for the executive directly from your account.  If you need additional guidance, let me know.
