Hello @AlexandraMaas The first step in having the recording option requires that you are on a Pro account or higher. As a free user, there will be no option to join. Hopefully this helps!  😃

– the specific restriction – if you read the Zoom pricing and feature guide – is that free accounts can only record locally,  and according to this Zoom Support article, you can’t record locally on iOS or Android.
