2 licenses - can't host concurrent meetings on Zoom One Pro

Hi - I just bought a second license on my Zoom One Pro account. My new license holder scheduled a meeting for the same time as a meeting I was hosting. We couldn't have both meetings, despite having the extra license. I've watched videos, tried to call customer service (my plan isn't worthy of phone support, and have done research. Please help.
