не могу подключиться

Не могу зайти в клиент зум, хотя недавно всё было нормально.  Удалила, переустановила - ничего не помогает. Брандмауэр отключила. Антивирусника нет. В браузере в конференции захожу легко. Помогите, пожалуйста.
