Hi!
when I set a brand for my webinars I noticed that the branding is showed only in the local recording.
The brand (wallpaper, background and name tags) does not appear neither in the cloud recording nor in the streaming.
Is it normal? I have not found specific info on zoom support.
Did you have the same experience? Thanks

Hi Isa -
I reported this same issue last November and did confirm with Zoom that the branding does not carry over to streaming. They contended that it does show in Zoom recordings, but I didn't see it in my own.
Please consider filing a bug report or feature request.
