Hi - my panelists didn’t receive the zoom invite to be panelists! Do they just log on using the main meeting code and password? My meeting is in a few hours and I am a little anxious about this!
thanks

Hi GFGRJK,
If a panelist doesn't receive their unique link, they can still join the webinar as an attendee, then the host or co-host can promote them to a panelist. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004834466-Managing-attendees-and-panelists-in-a-webinar. Please note that they will not be able to join during the practice session, though.
You can also go to the webinar details and where you added the panelists, click Edit, then Copy for the panelist in question. This will reveal their unique join link. You could then copy/paste that link to them via email. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005657826-Adding-or-importing-panelists-to-a-webinar
Hope this helps!

vescamilla is right, but as noted, there are limitations
What you DON'T want is more than one presenter signing in with the same credentials.
Our practice is to include a 'monitor' email account that we can use to test things like presenter and audience registration notifications.
We also like to bulk-upload presenter names/emails using a CSV file and setting the 'notify immediately' option once our test has been successful.
This is partly because we find the Practice Session / Green Room extremely useful for managing live webinars and producing a 'clean' recording for on demand viewing.
Cheers,
George
