On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi all,

I'm hosting a webinar later today and just realized the virtual background looks pixelated.

I see it well, but the attendees see it very pixelated and I don't know how to fix it.
- the image measures 1920x1080
- I adjusted in my video settings the HD video
- I also tried with an image twice the size and 1280 by 720 and the same thing happened. On my computer looks fine, but only on mine.

Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi, did you find a solution? Having the same problem with the speakers' background - it looks pixelated, and on my computer as well. Tried upping the size, didn't work.

All speakers are seeing a pixelated background, or only those with large monitors?
