We've set up a webinar. During a test run, the host had to "allow" the panelist to share his screen. Is there a setting that allows a panelist to automatically share screen/sound without the host having to give permission? Thanks!

The ability to allow panelists to share their screen without host permission can be enabled via the user account settings. If you log into the Zoom account for the user that is assigned the Events license, you can set the "Who can share?" option to "All Participants" under Settings -> Meetings. Only hosts, co-hosts, and panelists will be able to share within a webinar. Of course, Zoom Event meetings will allow all attendees to share their screens by default if this option is chosen.
