I just found zoom fax today and very happy about it. When setting up cover pages it looks like fields can be dynamic base on the sender's user record. However when we tested it only the sender name and fax number automatically populated along with the recipient fax number. Does the system support automatically populating sender company, sender address, and sender phone number? If so, where do we need to update user profile records?

hi @larryb821
You can create a fax cover page that contains sender company telephone number, company fax number, company name, street address, city, state, postal code, and country.
When you use that cover page to send a fax, sender’s individual name comes from your user profile, you select recipient’s name and or fax number, and add any desired notes.
This is a sample fax cover that was transmitted.
