Registrants having Webinar cancelled without doing anything

Hello:
We have set up a webinar for people to sign up for. We have been notified from people who signed up, that the webinar has been cancelled or their registration has been cancelled?
We have not done anything to the webinar and it is still active. Has anyone encountered this before? We have had 4-5 people contact that this has happened to them.
