Hello: This happens everyone in awhile, but some of our paid users are switched to Basic accounts in the system. We have a small number of admin's so it isn't anyone changing them on the backend. But wondering why this is happening? Thanks, Armando
Hello: We have set up a webinar for people to sign up for. We have been notified from people who signed up, that the webinar has been cancelled or their registration has been cancelled? We have not done anything to the webinar and it is still active....
