Post-webinar survey not showing in browser

I set up a survey to show post-webinar and we have tested it. It does not appear in the attendees browser after the webinar ends. How do I get it to show in the browser straight away?

It does come to them via email but not until 1 hour after the webinar - this is too long a gap - is there any way to make the survey email send out sooner after the webinar?

When I set up the survey there is no option to select browser/email as is suggested in one of the help pages.

Update: When they did receive the survey email they then had to additionally get some kind of verification code. Very surprised and disappointed by this poor survey process provide by Zoom. Now we are using a different free survey website to send it out immediately after the webinar.

Hi there, I am dealing with the exact same issue. Have you gotten any answers/support on this from anywhere else?

No answers yet. We've decided to not use the Zoom survey option as it is so poorly designed. I set up the survey on a free survey site and emailed the link out to attendees immediately after the webinar. Annoying not to be using Zoom as we are paying for all the functions, but we don't have lots of attendees so it's still easy to deal with.

When you set up a webinar, you can edit "Survey Options" to check if setting "Show in the browser when the webinar ends" is enabled.

Here are some links that will help you:

Please also check settings mentioned here:

Account

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Meeting tab.
  4. Under In Meeting (Basic), click the Webinar Survey toggle to enable or disable it.
  5. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

We have the setting enabled, but the amount of time before the survey appears is reported at being anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after the webinar has concluded and the attendee needs to keep the window open during this time. Which is not ideal and is often resulting in no survey's being completed (because they aren't actually shown the survey). Is there no way to alter/edit/adjust the amount of time that needs to pass between the end of the webinar and the survey showing?

There is no such setting as survey delay (at least that I know of).

Also - that is strange. I've created test webinar and joined it as a guest participant from browser (Firefox, but then also in Edge and Chrome) and from app. Survey page opened right after I've ended the webinar. There was no delay at all. And that is (or should be) expected behavior.

It didn't matter if I as a host joined from Zoom app or browser.

I suppose it would be the best to contact Zoom support to solve this problem:
